Orders dispatch within 3-5 business days. 

Orders delivering outside of the US and Canada are considered to be International Shipments. Before placing your order, be sure to check out this section for some helpful info about importing your Collected Planner purchase into your country.  

USA: 3-7 Business Days
The Collected Planner is located in British Columbia, Canada. To provide our US customers the best international shipping rates and speedy delivery times, we’ve partnered with a cross-border courier to hand off to USPS for final delivery.
Eligible items may be returned upon request within 7-days of delivery.

CANADA: 3-7 Business Days
Shipments will be delivered with Canada Post.

AU, EU, UK: 14 Business Days
Shipments will be delivered by DHL. 
Please note: Additional customs taxes and import fees will be due upon delivery and are the responsibility of (you) the importer. International returns are not available at this time. For more details on international shipments, please visit our International Shipping Policies page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (AU, EU, UK)

Order shipping internationally deliver within 14 days. 

These shipments are delivered with DHL. Additional customs fees, taxes and import fees will be due upon arrival and the responsibility of (you) the importer.
